Q 1. Where did you get your first tattoo and do you know by who?
A. At a friends house by Dennis Allison of Karma Tattoos in Modesto, he was my first mentor to learn tattooing in 1990.

Q 2. What was going through your mind when you got your first tattoo?
A. This fuckin hurts really bad, I am glad I got my mom's permission (I was only 16)

Q 3. Is there a meaning behind your first tattoo and what is it if you care to share?
A. It was a Japanese style cat face made up of 9 cats. It means to not compromise myself for another's beliefs. I have covered it with a back piece, but I am going to tattoo it again myself somewhere else.

Q 4. What is your favorite tattoo, where is it and why?
A. mmmm. I dunno If I have a fave. I like them all. they all have meaning. But I am especially fond of the ones I did on myself.

A. Think before you ink. Take your time, you have a lifetime to think about it.

A. My family. Artoria Gibbons was a cousin of my father. She was tattooed by Red Gibbons (My maiden name before I got married was Gibbons) she was a famous tattooed lady from the circus of the 1920's.
